We see patients of all ages, though clients under the age of 18 will require parental/ guardian consent at the time of booking.

Psychology/Occupational Therapy/Speech Therapy services are rebateable provided you have an appropriate referral or an appropriate ancillary cover.

Available Medicare rebate services can be found below (rebate is generally between $60.35 for OT and Speech, $96.65 – $141.85 for psychologist).

If you are covered by private insurance, please check your exact coverage with them. Feel free to discuss these items with your healthcare professional.

M3 – Chronic Disease Management (previously known as Enhanced Primary Care [EPC])

For Medicare benefits to be payable, the patient must be referred to an eligible allied health professional by their GP or medical practitioner using a referral form that has been issued by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care or a form that contains all the components of this form.

Medicare benefits are available for up to 5 allied health services per patient per calendar year if clinically indicated and each service meets all of the item requirements.

Under this category, you are eligible for up to a $60.35 rebate.

M7 – Focused Psychological Strategies (also known as Mental Health Care Plan)

Medicare rebates are available for up to 10 individual mental health services in a calendar year. Patient will require a referral by a GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician who is managing the patient under a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan. Patient received 6 therapy sessions from initial referral, and another 4 therapy sessions through a follow-up referral.

Patients will also be eligible to claim up to 10 separate services within a calendar year for group therapy services. These group services are separate from the individual services and do not count towards the individual services per calendar year maximum associated with those items.

Under this category, you are eligible for a rebate between $96.65 – $141.85.

M10 – Complex neurodevelopmental disorder and disability services (previously known as Helping Children with Autism [HCWA])

A maximum of 8 assessment services can be claimed per patient per lifetime. Each referral is for 4 assessment services. Up to 4 of these services may be provided to the same patient on the same day.

A maximum of 20 treatment services can be claimed per patient per lifetime. Each referral is for 10 treatment services.

Where a patient requires more than 4 assessment services (or 10 treatment services) from the same eligible allied health provider, review and agreement is required by the referring medical practitioner before further Medicare eligible services can be claimed.

A referral from a psychiatrist or paediatrician is required. The patient must be under 25 years of age。

Under this category, you are eligible for between $85.20 – 96.65 rebate.

The telehealth experience is in many ways similar to face-to-face appointments, including the same quality practice, professionalism, and etiquette. Both the clinician and client are expected to dress appropriatly, be on time for the appointment, and to treat each other with respect.
