Janice Tjondro specialises in complex diagnostic assessments for children and adults with neurodevelopmental difficulties, learning disabilities, brain injuries, and mental health concerns. She utilises comprehensive neuropsychological assessment tools to inform diagnostic formulations, offering valuable insights into an individual’s strengths and areas for growth. Her detailed neuropsychological assessment reports have successfully supported many individuals in securing NDIS funding or plan reviews.
Dr Zhao Hui Koh ('Dr Koh') is a multilingual, LGBTQI-friendly provisional psychologist completing his final placement for the Master of Psychology (Clinical Psychology). He specialises in working with people who experience anxiety- and mood-related disorders, adjustment disorder and acute psychological distress arising from situational crises.

Darryl is a graduate of Monash University’s psychology honours programme and is looking to pursue his Master’s degree in the future. He has worked on several sleep-related research projects and has experience working with various participants. As a client relationship officer for Back On Track Psychology, he is attentive, professional, and eager to assist you with any administrative issues.
Vrede is currently in his final semester of a Bachelor of Psychology at Monash University and is planning to pursue honours in the following year. Vrede has previously interned with the clinic, where he gained experience supporting day-to-day operations and client interactions.
Kaitlyn Chan (Kaitlyn) is an Melbourne occupational therapist with a strong passion for supporting children with developmental delays and sensory processing challenges. She adopts neuroaffirming approaches in her interventions, particularly for autistic children and AuDHDers. Kaitlyn uses a variety of tools (BEERY, BOT-2, DASH-2) to assess and support a child’s motor skills (such as handwriting), sensory processing, social-emotional development, and daily living abilities (WHODAS, CANS, Vineland the modified Barthel Index’ ).
Dr. Zhi Xiang On (On) is a clinical psychologist who places strong emphasis on creating a collaborative and safe therapeutic relationship, guided by values, to address each client’s unique concerns. He has received specialised training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) for both children and adults. As an LGBTQI-friendly practitioner, On is passionate about helping individuals understand their strengths and uniqueness, supporting them on their journey to lifelong well-being.
