Back On Track Psychology is a growing multidisciplinary clinic based in Kew, serving inner-east Melbourne and beyond. Our team of psychologists, neuropsychologists, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists work together to provide expert assessments and evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.

We were founded with a clear purpose: to make quality mental health care accessible to everyone — including Melbourne’s culturally and linguistically diverse communities. We offer services in Mandarin, Cantonese, and other languages, and our team reflects the diversity of the community we serve.
